This season there are noticeable law changes and the introduction of Sin Bins
The SYL are running a evening for referees on the 3rd September at Imber Court at 7pm.
The agenda will be for the new referee secretary Phil to say hello, then Surrey FA to deliver sin bin training and then Steve Worsley delivering the official FA presentation for the law changes.
