John Sparkes (Chairman) welcomed everyone present and officially opened the meeting.

Copies of Annual Balance Sheets & Statements of Account were circulated to all members present.

Unanimously accepted; no objections; no abstentions; vote carried.

 

7.                   Acceptance of Clubs

 

A list of the Clubs recommended for acceptance into the League was circulated to all members present.  The Chairman advised that Hampton & Richmond Borough Youth should be deleted from the list and that QPR Girls, Feltham Youth & Stoneleigh Athletic should be added to this list.

9.                   Alteration to League Rules of which Notice has been given

 

·         John Sparkes advised that the proposed Alterations to League Rules had been circulated to members and asked members to advise if there were any alterations that they were not happy with.

·         Horley Town Ladies advised that they had concerns over proposed alterations to Rules M2, M3, J6 & W15.  The remainder of the alterations were voted en bloc.
