This is a workshop designed to build confidence when working with people from different ethnic backgrounds and faiths. It covers race equality legislation, good practice when working with different cultures and faith groups and actions everyone can take to promote inclusive football.

It will help you recognise differences and similarities between faiths and the impact someone's faith can have on their involvement in football e.g. kit, fixtures, refreshments.

The workshop is interactive and informal and tutors draw on participant's experiences and knowledge as well as developing learning through small group activities and in presentations.

Practical Involvement: There is no practical (i.e. on-field) aspect to the workshop.
