9 v 9 update

With the escalation of 9 v 9 at Under 11 it is prudent to clarify

Teams that play at 9 a-side can play in the competition but it will be 11 a-side albeit the match may take place on a smaller than usual pitch and with smaller goals. Teams that normally play 11 a-side may be drawn to play away to a team that plays 9 v 9 and they will be expected to play on the 9 v 9 pitch and vice-versa.
