Football Club invite you to take part in their Summer Football Tournament at
the
Aldermaston Recreational Society Sports Club, AWE,
The tournament will provide football for the age groups Under 7 to Under 16 inclusive.
Teams playing in the U7's to U11's age groups can be both boys and girls, just boys or just girls.
U12's to U16's age groups are for boys teams only.
The schedule for the age groups is:
Saturday 14th
AM -
Under 8’s, Under 12’s & Under 14’s
Saturday 14th
PM -
Under 8’s, Under 10’s & Under 16’s
Sunday 15th
AM -
Under 7’s, Under 11’s & Under 13’s
Sunday 15th
PM -
Under 7’s, Under 9’s & Under 15’s
The Under 7 and Under 8 age groups will
play in non-competitive groups.
All players in these age groups will
receive a participation medal.
For the Under 7’s there will be one
group of 12 teams playing 5 games on the Sunday morning, and a second group of
12 teams playing 5 games on the Sunday afternoon.
For the Under 8’s there will be one
group of 12 teams playing 5 games on the Saturday morning, and a second group
of 12 teams playing 5 games on the Saturday afternoon.
For the other age groups, there will be
24 teams in 4 groups of 6, each team playing 5 group games and the top 4 in
each group progressing to knock-out games.
The
Under 7’s to Under 14’s will be 6-a-side with up to 8 players in a squad; the
Under 15’s & Under 16’s will be 5-a-side with up to 7 players in a squad.

you wish to take part, please complete the attached Application Form and return
to the address below with payment of
£25.00 per team made payable to ELDON CELTIC FOOTBALL CLUB.
Applications will be accepted on a
“First Come” basis so you are advised to return your Form and Payment as soon
as possible to avoid disappointment.
On
receipt of your application, I will either confirm your entry or return your
payment should an age group be oversubscribed.
I
will send out location maps, team registration forms and Tournament Rules in
the first week of May 2008. This information will also be available on the club
website: WWW.ELDONCELTIC.COM from 1st March 2008.
