Dear Club Secretaries

It is with great importance that all of you follow this instruction – This is the League Rules that were adopted by all of us at the AGM – no exceptions.

After many many weeks of very successful registration evenings and hard work by yourselves, we still have teams that have insufficient players registered.

Please instruct your teams to follow exactly below, If cards are not produced then No Play, doesn’t matter how urgent, late etc things are, teams have failed to follow the league rules and consequently we have heard that some teams are trying this weekend to play players that have not been registered with the league, or have registered them so late that Cards will not be produced and returned in time. This is not the league being harsh, but adults failing to carry what the you as league members have voted in back in June.

Please ensure that every team has their cards checked, and that if no card is produced then the player does not play, the use of the Form for forgotten or Lost Cards is not to be used for the purposes of covering up poor administration, we will know if this is done and we require any instance of this to be reported by email to Frank Thompson.

I am sure every one of you understands this very, very clear message.
