Clause F1

j) The “MC” shall assess all entries and accept or reject teams or Clubs. All Clubs will be notified of the “MC” decision in regards to their entries, but the list will be subject to finalisation as per Clause S (d). Applications will NOT be accepted from Clubs without changing facilities. Any Club NOT providing changing facilities during the season will incur a fine of £15 and will play that fixture on the opponents ground at the fixture secretary’s discretion and bear the cost of pitch and referee.

Applications will NOT be accepted from Clubs without toilet facilities.

 

Changing rooms must be provided for all teams playing from under 14 to under 21. Any club unable to provide changing facilities for under 14 to under 21 during the season will play that fixture on the opponents ground and bear the cost of the pitch and referee, until such times as changing rooms are available again. 

 

Where both teams playing are unable to provide changing facilities on the day of the fixture then it is the responsibility of the home team to report this to the Fixture Secretary.

 

Any club NOT providing changing facilities for any 11 a-side team under 13 and younger, MUST advise the opposition 5 days prior to the fixture being played. Failure to do so will result in a fine of £20 on each occasion, regardless of whether toilet facilities are available to facilitate changing.

 

Should toilet facilities and or changing facilities become unavailable due to no fault of the home team (i.e. vandalism) then a letter must be obtained from the owners of the facilities confirming their unavailability.


Currently all teams must have changing rooms. Going forward, toilets must be available and only for U-14 and above are changing rooms compulsory.

2) There will be a fee of £20 per Team for each under 11-21 age group which includes as follows:-

(g) There will be a fee of £10 for under 9/10 and 11 age groups entering mini soccer divisions. Under 7 & 8 age group will be free.

(h) Should any of the above fees not be received with the applications, that application will be considered as not having been received and no place within the League will be reserved for the said application.

(i) In addition to the above, all those clubs who wish to affiliate to a Surrey County Football Association and also entering the County Youth Cups must forward the appropriate fees as listed in the County Handbook to the appropriate authority.

(5) All team details as required on application forms must be given to the League General Secretary (on the Handbook Detail Forms provided) not later than 14 days after the League A.G.M. Failure to comply will result in fines off £20 per TEAM not completed. It still remains the responsibility of each Club to have their details changed immediately throughout the season in writing to the League General Secretary of any item of change so that it can be publicised in the first available Magazine.

This must be in writing by registered post and a copy of the post office receipt for the registered post must be attached to a duly signed and completed transfer request form, the transfer form, together with a £10.00 transfer fee, a stamped addressed envelope

Clause ZD

2) Any team or Club withdrawing after 31st May and before AGM will lose all moneys deposited with the League. Any team or Club withdrawing after the AGM will forfeit to League funds all moneys deposited with the League and may incur a fine not exceeding £50.

Clause E5b

(i) Before teams are elected into the Under 16 to 21 divisions, the size of pitch to be used will be taken into consideration if it is not at least a

minimum size of 100 x 60 yards. All pitches for other age groups must conform to Law 1 re size of pitches. Pitches may be inspected in regard to

size and suitability, and may be rejected or accepted by the “MC“.

(2) In the event of level scores at full time inc. semi finals and finals extra time will be played at the discretion of the referee. For 7 a side games extra

time will be 5 minutes each way for each age group (U8 - U10). For under 11’s - 14’s extra time of 10 minutes each way will be played. Under 15 -

21’s will play 15 minutes each way.
