Only one person from each club to attend, appointment times to follow
Photographs
Please ensure that:-
a) The photograph is a recent one if you show us a card and then a photo with the same image as last year it will be REJECTED.
b) If you provide a paper photograph that is too light in colour, or the glue has caused a problem soaking through, then it will be REJECTED, don't use paper photographs
c) If the head is too small then the photograph will be REJECTED
d) If a photograph is one that has “sample” stamped across it from a School batch then it will be REJECTED
We will have 8,000 cards to complete before the season starts, we will not waste our reg secs time by trying to get around photos that have been submitted through poor attention to detail.
Ask yourself “Would the passport office accept it” answer "No" then we are likely to Reject it and you will have to return.
